You do not have to go to any store, wasting your time and money. You will handle everything comfortably at home.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
- Open the claim form below and fill it in (order number is required, please fill it in first)
- By confirming the claim form (with a green tick) you will send the claim to our claims department
- Confirmation of the reception of your complaint (claim form and claim conditions) will be delivered to your e-mail address
- Within 14 calendar days we will contact you about the date of the inspection, or the repair of the claimed goods
- On the agreed date, our service technician will visit you. If possible, they will remove the reported defect on spot or they will decide about further procedure
