You do not have to go to any store; you can handle everything from the comfort of your home by completing a service sheet.

  1. Open the enclosed service sheet and fill in your order number (fill it as the first field), with a detailed description of the defect, or your request repair
  2. By confirming the service sheet (with a green tick) you will send your inquiry to the service department
  3. Confirmation of reception of your request for repair will be sent to the e-mail address that you have given in the service sheet
  4. Regarding repairs or service requests, specified in the service sheet, you will be contacted by our service worker, who will also inform you about next steps of the repair service
