Customer account – My new sofa

After placing an order in the PHASE stores, you can check the status of your order in production, which takes 5 – 9 weeks.

Under your customer account, you will find all relevant documents and information related to your order. You can also track the status of your sofa in manufacturing, where you can read all the details on how your new Phase sofa is being produced. You can log in to the customer account with the registration data that you receive via e-mail after making your order.
